Reverend Lisa Duncan

First Lady, New Meltonville MBC

Rev. Lisa Duncan was born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, raised in Burlington County, New Jersey, and now calls North Carolina home. She joined New Meltonville Missionary Baptist Church on April 21, 2025, during the pastoral installation of Rev. Eugene Duncan.

Under the leadership of Pastor Eugene Duncan, First Lady Duncan serves as an Associate Minister, preaching the Gospel of Jesus Christ and supporting the church through discipleship, Christian education, and community outreach. She also serves as a Faith Community Health Promoter for Atrium Health in Union and Anson Counties.

Rev. Duncan brings a rich background of ministry experience, having faithfully served in various leadership, teaching, and outreach roles at churches in New Jersey and North Carolina. Her service has included discipleship leadership, missions and outreach, women’s ministry, prison ministry, and teaching across multiple age groups.

She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Rider University and retired from Wells Fargo Bank as an Assistant Vice President in Retail Credit Support. On April 28, 2001, she married her best friend, Eugene Duncan. Together, they are united in marriage and ministry, committed to serving God and His people with faith, compassion, and humility.
